Tian Fang Long is a qualified accountant with corporate treasury and debt capital markets experience across financial services and the commerce industries.
She started her career with Coopers & Lybrand, where she specialised in the audits of small-and-medium-sized enterprises. She then joined DBS Land where she was responsible for the group’s bank finances and interest rate hedging strategies. She spent some years with Jardine Matheson with its Group Treasury department. Jardine Matheson is a conglomerate based in Hong Kong with interests spanning across real estate, hospitality, automobile distribution and FMCG.
In 2011, she joined a local bank in Singapore, where she led-managed and structured Singapore’s inaugural Basel III-compliant perpetual capital securities and subordinated notes issued under the new regulatory rules then. During her tenure with the Bank, she was also involved in assisting the Bank’s regional subsidiaries in their fund raising exercises in the local capital markets in Malaysia and Indonesia.
Tian is a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
